The Allen Hilles Fund

About UsApply

Affirmation of our Core Values

Never is leadership more necessary than when our core values and common humanity are threatened by the gravity of today’s destabilized political climate.

The Hilles Fund stands behind our nonprofit partners and remains committed to supporting their work to promote wellbeing and equal access to opportunity.

We affirm our commitment to the principles of equity, inclusion and diversity. Equity involves treating everyone fairly and providing equal opportunities to all. Inclusion involves creating an environment in which people from all backgrounds can freely express their ideas and perspectives.  Diversity embraces the differences everyone brings to the table irrespective of whether that involves race, age, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, physical ability or other aspects of social identity.  Diversity in organizations leads to better decision making and outcomes.  It helps create a more just society where everyone has an opportunity to succeed.

Now is the time to lean into these principles.

In addition, the Fund supports community development opportunities in the Northeast Kingdom.

The Hilles Fund may consider projects related to the Religious Society of Friends if they are consistent with the Fund’s priority areas.
